The Legend Revives....Part 1/??? (100k Views :D)

Hallou people of the Underworld! Rickz Jaggerjaquez here, and now, I present to you, an XDNightmare productions in contribution to Underworld Honduras... KOI!

Now that the 100K views is taken care of by my unusually large logotype, I'm going to present a topic, one of interesting proportions that I remember back from my days (though barely, but the term is familiar to me, and to any TRUE Pokémon fan out there) of playing Gold and Red. Now remember, I'm not judging anyone who doesn't know about this, but this is part of Pokémon history, and we as gamers, should know about gaming lore or such, so consider this part of my Underworld Specials, for as to we continue to enrich our gaming knowledge, so without further adew....

POKÉGOD.... THE LEGEND REVIVES

Nobody is certain who or from where Pokégods came from, but back in the day of Pokémon Red&Blue, this was the phenomenom, this were one of the most constant topics where you would comment with your friends the existance of Pokémon superior to the known to man, in that case, a Pokémon stronger than Mewtwo. This Pokégods, as they were known, were passed down through groups of friends to others in the recess time, where this were received by one claiming to have a Pokégod, or to know a trick on how to encounter one, but this were kept as rumors, even though, some brave people attempted this tricks in hopes of obtaining a Pokégod. Something interesting, is that some tricks for obtaining a Pokégod required the player to not use any gamesharks, which cut about half of the people trying to obtain a Pokégod, but some tried the tricks as they were given, just becuz there was hope in the existance of this beings, which brings us to the first Pokémon considered Pokégod in history.....

MEW.... THE FIRST POKÉGOD

Nowadays, Mew is very common, and we have a lot of info about it, but back in the days of Red&Blue, any info about Mew was scarce, and therefore, there was no easy way to know for sure how Mew was obtained, it was of the few Pokémon that achieved the status of Pokégod on its own, and with Mew, the phenomenom began, as everybody were after Mew, and there was no certain way of obtaining him in game, of course, some of you may argue that Mew is obtainable via the Mew glitch in Red&Blue, but that wasn't known back then. Here I'll give you some of the tricks and ways people gave away as the method to obtaining Mew.

*1) Mew after the Elite 4

What to say? In simplicity and beyond, one was required to beat the Elite 4 in a determined fashion or in a determined number of times, the number of times varied, some going over 100, which was really a pain in the arse considering just one time is extremely hard, but some tried and tried, and cried when they lost at the 99th win or so, some variations included carrying a Gengar (dark) and Clefairy (light) in the team, both at level 50, and after defeating Blue, chaos (Mew) would appear, or something like that I don't remember well, another variation included winning the Elite 4 and Blue himself without using any healing items.... like for real??

*2) Mew under the truck

Well, who doesn't know or at least haven't seen that truck that appears near the S.S. Anne? True, the only way to reach there is through cheating devices, but it wasn't rare for someone to say that there was a way to move the truck using Strength (the Pokémon move Strength) and that under it, Mew can be battled, others say that Mew was the truck itself, an illusion or a transformation of sort in order to allure players far away from it, but until now, that truck is just there for aesthetic uses :P

*3) Mew instead of diploma

Remember that nice diploma you receive when you obtained all 150 Pokémon including Mewtwo? Well, some said that in the japanese Blue version (mainly becuz Pokemon Red&Blue in America were based from the Blue version in Japan) you were given a Honor Ball with Mew inside it instead of the diploma.... but this was easily proven to be false.

Genderswap in Fate/stay night

Hello people, have a nice morning/evening/night depending the time you may be reading this or accidentally bumped here. The reason of my post is due to my “controlable” and non addictive hook to TYPE-moon's Fate franchise, I love all the Fate series : Fate/stay night, Fate/Zero, Fate/hollow ataraxia, Fate/extra and even the non canon Carnaval Phantasm. I really like the series despite the fact that they change some heroic spirits from the past to pretty girls (note that even when pretty they can take out Orochimaru's butt easier than a Sannin team). This is done for fanservice or to pervs out there to have some fantasies with them(me included XD) and to have a romance issue in the series. Without losing the point I hope that with this post I not only do a mediocre class job but, to create an interest from my viewers on how awesome and cool the fate franchise is. Without further filler I will start.

Overview

Since I'm not going in deep with servant classes, noble phantasms or with magecraft her, I will do just a brief bio on the original heroic spirit and then a bio on the fate character. Note this is the beginning of the age I will post so much Fate/Zero people will troll me to death. Without losing point I will begin speaking about: “King Arthur”, “emperor Nero”,”Jack the ripper” “Frankestein” and “Sir Francis Drake”.

King Arthur/ Arturia Pendragon

Saber's identity is Nero Claudius Caesar Augustus Germanicus, the Fifth Roman Emperor. She had the reputation of a notorious tyrant whose rule was made up of schemes and poison as she oppressed all religious forces, especially Christians, and the Roman Senate during the period from 50 to 60 AD. It is believed in one theory that the Book of Revelation was written as a reaction against said oppression. She was regarded in the same light as the devil, as the assumed Hebrew pronunciation of of her name as a emperor, Caesar pronounced as "NRVN QSR", equates with the "Number of the Beast". He also carried out the second circumnavigation of the world, from 1577 to 1580. He died of dysentery in January 1596 after unsuccessfully attacking San Juan, Puerto Rico.His exploits were legendary, making him a hero to the English but a pirate to the Spaniards to whom he was known as El Draque, Draque being the Spanish pronunciation of "Drake". Why TYPE-MOON changes their gender?

Fanservie maybe, or maybe they try to bring more heroines to the plot due to the lack of heroines in the mythology and history, still it can be assumed that the writers try to relate them to the rest of the male protegonists in a different way (most people woudn't like a male Arthur with Shirou).

Creepypastas (3/2) + 150 posts!

Yare yare, hallou people of thy Underworld, Draconic Nightmare Rickz Jaggerjaques here :D (kudos if you know where I got that surname) anyways, I know I'm throwing of more creepys, but Danny requested a Minecraft one and I found another interesting one, so I thought of throwing them off for your viewing pleasure, and since this is the 150th post, I thought of presenting an image made by me so as to thank you all for letting us bring our blog this far :) so XDNightmare Productions proudly presents:

So with that out of the way, it's time, to present, CREEPYPASTAS!! part 3/2 :)

LE MUSIC! :

THE SECRET OF MINECRAFT
Find a lava pool at the bottom of a plot of land and jump in while wearing full diamond armor. After that, sink until your hearts are half depleted. You will suddenly fall into a room of pure obsidian. There, you will meet someone called the Gatekeeper. After you kill him, the eastern wall will fall away to reveal a hall of pure diamond blocks. After walking for about a minute or so, you will enter a gigantic cavern of Lightstone.
There you will meet the final boss: a creature so otherworldly that it cannot be described in normal words. If you manage to kill him, a door will appear opposite the hall of diamond. It leads to the opposite of the Nether... but after entering you'll find it is only much, much worse. Here, the true game of Minecraft begins.

Once you enter this land, all you will see is a floor of a glass-like block, only it emits a faint light. You can see that the sky is dark, but it too has a faint glow. As far as you can see, even at full render, there is nothing but this glowing dark sky and glowing pale floor. Then, you suddenly realize that a strange noise is sounding, one that must have gone unnoticed as it hadn't stopped since you entered this world. It sounds familiar, but you know without a single second guess that you have never heard it before, and you feel you will hear nothing but. The glow becomes darker,

As the nonexistent sun starts to set, this strange noise gets more poignant. Almost shrill, almost extrasensory in its depth. Stars begin to appear in the sky, but they are not the typical square blocks that populate Minecraft so thickly. Instead, they are perfect spheres. They seem to have a resolution so high that it seems they are created by some sort of god.
They started to sway through the sky in rhythm of the blank noise - rising and falling. At this point my game started to lag, unable to render this dance of perfection. I tried to turn down my render distance, but at the first touch of the button, my screen was filled with otherworldly faces - pale gray contorting faces against an opaque white fog. They changed with each frame, which at the point was at approx. 1 per second. I couldn't figure out what was happening, so I opened task manager and shut down minecraft.exe.

When I restarted my game minutes later, the Minecraft message in the home screen read, "Don’t you ever, ever stop the cloud." The yellow letters crept up until almost the entire window was filled, but I still managed to make it to the world selection. To my surprise the world was only .5 Mb large. Once I clicked it, over a minute of loading screens popped up, but they all read, "loading the cloud," or, "rendering the cloud." When this otherworldly place finally loaded, it was again this supposed night time of dancing circles and shrill noise. I decided to explore. As I walked, nothing changed. For over 20 minutes, I just held down the w key and watched as nothing changed except the lightly-luminescent floor. I failed to notice the most gradual change of all.

The sound had been slowly became melodic, or should say, unmelodic. I’ve often read about the tritone, the "devils note," the main basis of all the metal music I listen to, but this was different. I could feel my nerves tingling as it played. Before I could even think about what the fuck kind of music this was, I saw a cloud in the distance. As I walked it grew larger... and larger... and larger... and larger... and larger... and larger.

Remembering that this wall of cloud was what had frozen my game before, I expected the same strangely detailed grinning faces that had covered my screen, but once I was right up against it all I saw was the same block formations that Notch called faces. I saw the faces of skeletons and zombies and creepers. Even though they had the resolution of many years gone by, they seemed to portray an emotion. I could see tears fall from them, as small as a single pixel; they trickled from these blocky faces. It reminded me of the mausoleum where my aunt was buried.

I decided to do what they game is meant for: I chipped away at the face of a creeper. I had no pick, no shovel, no axe - in fact, my entire inventory had been lost. I didn't know why, but it seemed that I was too far into a mystery to turn back. As I picked away, the face shed more tears. The godlike stars still fell and rose to the haunting demonic music. That’s when I broke through and a vast explosion of raping fire spewed from the opening.

I backed away as fast as I could, expecting to die, but I had a full health bar; in fact, the fire had done nothing to me. I stepped nearer, nothing. I stepped into the fires, a sound unusually realistic resonated, and I knew my flesh was burning. It made no difference, my health was fine, so I stepped into a 1x2 hall that housed the flame. I walked down this hall, only seeing the flame and hearing the sound of my flesh burning. Then a voice arose, it was deep, it was the sound that the demonic gods of our dreams seem to speak in. It said:
"THIS IS YOUR SCOURGE. THIS IS YOUR PASSION. THIS IS THE PURIFICATION." When the last resounding syllable sounded, I walked into a vast hall. It was like the Nether, but it was more beautiful, almost dystopian. Fire still burned, lava still fell, but in cascading geometric shapes that seemed to complete the world. I saw other people too, the same low definition versions of myself that I had not seen in so long.

But I also saw horrors: Creepers, Zombies, and Skeletons - all chained, all in bondage. Weeping, crying, being tortured for fun. I saw them tied to a table, their entrails being torn out with picks as the people laughed. Their hissing and growls were now replaced by terrified shrieks and cries. All the spilled blood could be seen so clearly; it was like watching it flow from my own face. I could see the anatomy of these creatures as clearly as they would have been in some grotesque biology textbook.

A human looked over to me, walked away from the zombie he was bludgeoning, looked me in the eyes, and said, "Prepare for your Hell, fucker." He hit me and my hearts fell, I ran, not knowing why I was the enemy. I ran as he chased me, chanting, "Your Hell is the prison of our kind. Prepare to taste the pain that you have given our brethren." As I ran, the haunting music still played. But I could hear myself, not the sound of my burning flesh, not my heavy breath. But I heard myself hiss.

I ran and ran and ran as the chants chased me...until they faded away. I was in a small room - fire outside illuminated it - but it was still filled with a dense darkness. I heard the same demonic voice say, "YOU HAVE BECOME YOURSELF. YOUR DISGUISE OF HUMANITIES SKIN HAS BURNED AWAY! YOU ARE NOW PURE OF BODY AND OF SOUL! GO FREE YOUR PEOPLE AND UNMASK THE HELLISH FIGURES THAT CAPTIVATE THEM!"

Not knowing what to do I, turned around. A creeper was staring right the fuck in my eyes. I tried to run but only ran into the other side of the small room. Going back, I had seen a mirror. I looked in the mirror; the image of a disgusting writhing creeper looked in my eyes. I realized I no more hearts. Not that they were empty, they were gone. I walked into the fire outside and only my hissing vocalizations were heard. A mob of humans came after me, chanting the forbidding chant. Backwards, forwards, in latin, growling, screaming wailing, they chanted, "Vox es mundi, inferno captivare ANTI-DEI."

I tried to run, but I was frozen. As they surrounded me, I hissed. I wailed, shrieked. The screen became perfectly detailed, as if it mirrored the world. The music grew louder, as did everything; my ears rang from the barrage of senses. Then I exploded. I the creeper, I the monster, I the terror, I the murderer. I sacrificed my wretched self for my similarly wretched comrades. The thing I used to fear I had become. The thing I used to be, I crushed.

I had become the saviour of the deadly walking terrors that plagued the world. My world, the hell of my former kind, the Earth, the captivating prison that entertains us with its seemingly endless landscape. Released from the Hell, I finally reached my true form: the monster, the thing that chases the prisoners from their gilded cell. The saviour. The screen was blank. All I heard was the hissing and growling of the terrors. I understood what they said. They worshipped me. The sound continued.

It grew louder until my speaker buzzed and my ears rang. I tried to turn it off, but nothing happened. I cowered, I cried, I fell in the corner. All I could do was contemplate what this meant. I felt as if I was the one who was trapped in this earthly cage. I thought about suicide, finding this other world of terrors, but it quickly passed. I gathered myself, touched the computer, and continued with my life, the hissing and shrieking still sounding. Even as I write this, I feel my praise, coming from our grotesque dungeon masters.

NEW SEGMENT: THE TOP VIDEOS

Niaaano niaaaanooooo, Danny here, been forever since I last wrote anything here, for those than dont know who I am, the pleasure is all yours. Soooo lets get straight to the business at hand which is the new segment I will be doing for this blog: Top Videos!

So what I will be doing in this daily segment, or every two days depending on the amount of time I have in my hands is post here the best 3 AMVs and Fandubs that I can find for you to enjoy, simple as that. I have always been a fan of these sorts of videos so I decided to share them with you guys. Note that I will include videos both in English and in Spanish, so as not to leave out part of the audience.

Rurouni Kenshin Top10

Hi guys! Pérez reporting for duty. This past Thursday, I've finally finished reading the Rurouni Kenshin (Samurai X) manga. It is an amazing story and it definitely enters my Top10 of mangas/animes. I'll be honest and say that I preferred the Kyoto arc more than the Enishi arc, but both are still amazing stories.

I also want to take this opportunity to congratulate my country's national soccer team that represented us in the London 2012 Olympic Games who today played a great match against the almighty Brazil, but ended losing 2-3 with a doubtful referee. Thanks guys!

So off-topics aside, today's post is about for me who are the 10 strongest characters of Rurouni Kenshin. Some of them fought many times while some only fought once.

10- Fuji. He is a giant that all that he wanted was to have a fair fight with someone because he was either too powerful and won rapidly or his opponents would run off. He did get his fair fight, but was defeated easily.

9- Anji Yukyuzan. He is a Buddhist monk that partnered with Shishio because Anji thought that Shishio would create a better world. I feel that Anji's story is the most devastating one after Soujiro's story. He was a nice monk that was told by the major of his city to leave the city with his adopted kids to “avoid problems” because the church was separating from the state. He agreed nicely, but the major had other plans for him. In the night, Anji went to get water (I don't remember if it was water or food) to the town, but was beaten up by the major's men and his house was burned down with the children inside (including a baby). Anji returned after regaining consciousness and found all burnt down. He is the master of a devastating attack called Futae No Kiwami that consists of giving a second hit immediately after the first one to destroy objects. It is really powerful because the second hit doesn't find any resistance because it as absorbed by the first hit. He is mentioned to be a “god of destruction”. With one of his punches, he could easily rip a guy's head off the body.

8- Sagara Sanosuke. He's my favorite character, but I feel that he doesnt't have a chance against swordsmen. He was beaten by Kenshin, Saitou and Shishio. I think that he would be no match for Aoshi's kodachis. He mostly relies on brute strength and almost doesn't believe in defense. He uses Anji's Futae No Kiwami, but unlike him, Sanosuke can only use his right hand. In the Enishi arc, he is seen developing a variation where he would use his left hand for the second punch to avoid damaging even more his right hand (Megumi several times said that his right hand was crushed due to tha abuse of the technique).

7- Shishio Makoto. He's down here mostly for two reasons: 1) He sure was about to kill and defeat Kenshin, but we have to remember that Kenshin was really beat up against Soujiro, so I believe that Shishio wouldn't have had a chance against a fresh Kenshin. 2) He can only fight for 15 minutes. I admit that it was really WTF?! when Shishio burst into flames, but because of that, I feel that Shishio wouldn't have an opportunity with the top6, he would either burst into flames again or simply would be defeated before the 15 minutes ended. I will admit that he would be up if he hadn't been all burnt up, but that's just a hypotetical scenario.

6- Enishi Yukishiro. Kenshin's former brother-in-law. It was difficult for me to decide if he was stronger or not than Soujiro, but I ended up chosing Soujiro over him beacause Soujiro fought a fresh Kenshin while Enishi fought a slightly weakened Kenshin (due to the Kyoto arc) the first time and a very weakened Kenshin (due to his fight with Enishi and because he had entered emo-mode and didn't eat for many days) in their second fight and still lost to him. Enishi might be able to win against Soujiro if he used his “Nerves of Insanity”, but it would be difficult for him to use them because they're based on Enishi's hate against Kenshin. His technique is calles Watojutsu, which is from Shangai.

5- Soujiro Seta. Shishio's wingman. I consider him to be Kenshin's best rival after Saitou and Aoshi because I feel that Kenshin was able to defeat him because he lost control of his mind. If Soujiro fought against any other character he would defeat them with no problem, except for Saitou, Aoshi and maybe Enishi. His technique is even faster than Kenshin's speed.

4- Aoshi Shinomori. He is a great swordsman. He lost both his battles with Kenshin, but he was a real headache for him. I put him up here because of his great skill with the two kodachis and because he is a master of kenpo. Like in the Enishi arc, if you manage to “defeat” his swordsplay, he will beat the crap out of yiu with kenpo. I do think that in a martial arts fight against Sanosuke, Sanosuke would win. For me, his most awesome technique is his On-Myo Hatsushi.

3- Saitou Hajime. He's the third strongest character in my opinion because he's the only one that hasn't lost to Kenshin. He's the only one that drawed against Kenshin. His technique is the Gatotsu, which is an amazing stabbing technique. If it wasn't because Shishio had a metal headband, Saitou would have been the one that would have killed Makoto Shishio. Nobuhiro Watsuki (the creator of the manga) once stated that Saitou would defeat Kenshin if Kenshin had nothing to protect.

2- Kenshin Himura. Well, he won all his fights, so he has to be up here. He is the last master of the Hiten Mitsurugi Ryuu. He's not in first place because of his physique. Megumi did state that Kenshin's Hiten Mitsurugi Ryuu would be useless in about 5 years (in the manga) because he hadn't a great physique (like Hiko Seijuro. If you compare them, it is kind of obvious) and that his natural skill wouldn't compensate it.

1- Hiko Seijuro, Kenshin's master. I consider him the strongest character of all the manga because he knows perfectly the Hiten Mitsurugi Ryuu and has a great physique, so in a match against Kenshin, it would be natural for him to win. You may be thinking, “but Kenshin defeated him with the sucession technique”, which is true, but I feel that in a REAL fight, Hiko would surely win. I'm based mostly on the fact that Kenshin's Hiten Mitsurugi Ryuu became useless when he was about 33 years old, and Hiko could still perform perfectly his Hiten Mitsurugi Ryuu when he was 43.

Honorable Mention: Yahiko Myojin. He couldn't enter the Top10 because of Fuji. Yahiko grows a lot as a swordsmen in the manga and becomes the master of the Kamiya Kasshin Ryuu at age 15. He mastered his school's sucession technique at age 10. He won against one of Shishio's men, but almost was killed by Fuji. He afterwards starts being even stronger, to the point of defeating one of Enishi's “partners” and almost won (and almost got killed) by another of Enishi's “parnters”. I feel that he could be in the Top5 when he gets older.
